This podcast isn't really a podcast. It's just kind of explaining what building legends is all about. We are trying to make our lives the best they can be. We're trying to create a life that people kind of look at and say "How did you do that?" Because that's what we've been doing we've been looking at people and going how can they create a life that's not a 9 - 5 or is a 9 - 5 but yet they're still doing things all the time. How about the people who were just freakishly in shape and you know they love what they're doing or the people who are really good at cooking and you are like "How do you make this?" We're going to break up the things and not people who are money successful and there can be some people in there that are really rich but that's not the point. The point is to create a life that you love every day to wake up and go "Man, I get to do this today or you know after work I'm doing this, picking up new hobbies finding new things just to make a life every little bit better." Also we're going to be throwing you tips and tricks to take care of your health. Dieting tips anything that we can discover for you, breaking things down so they are a little more understandable. I know I started the keto diet and I love it now. But I mean man it took me two months of just dragging my butt through the dirt because all I knew about it was get your fats up, don't see any carbs. That's not how that works. It takes a long time to figure these things out. And not everyone really explained it to the point where I understood it. It took trial and error and we're going to try and cut that stuff out. And then if there's just a crap diet for us or we see health issues with it or anything like that we'll let you know because we don't want to do anything that has any implications on our health. Wouldn't you do the same. We're going to be posting workouts. Going to be posting mental clarity tips, things like you breathing and float tanks and only things that everyone's heard about, we're going to kind of review and dig into a little bit instead of just talking about it like it's a passing thing. We're just going to make it so if you want to know more. We want to know more. So we're going to try to supply you with that information as much as we can. We're also going to bring you. Like I said really cool people but new people who are doing awesome projects. If somebody is doing a documentary or they're writing a book or they're starting a new program that we think is really cool we're going to bring them to you because that's what we want someone to do for us. We are also going to introduce you to new people that you can connect with, not people who are you know multi millionaires and you'll never, I do not never ever, don't get me wrong. But you know not everyone can reach that level. So I mean I called the people down here on Earth that are going to be living just a regular average life that want to make it the best it can be take it beyond just a little bit but not try to strive to be on Wall Street or anything like that. There's a lot of those podcasts out there that's not us. On our blog, There's going to be written transcripts of every podcast we put out. Remind you of this every time we put it down because there are going to be cool things like if we talk about a product there will be links to that product, videos, reviews, if we're talking about a certain person and we mentioned a YouTube clip that's going to be in there as well. It's a great database for you to go back I mean it's going to be written now. Everything I say everything our guests say it's going to be written out. So if there's something you want to know instead of trying to scan back and scan back and scan back, it'll all be in there and we're going to make that as clear and concise as possible. Not to mention they're already going to be other videos that we create, friends create, There are going to be workouts, We already have a guy that is doing a whole kettlebell series and we're going to get that out to you. [00:05:30] We're going be doing our own little documentaries and breaking into things that we want to know about whether it be history, it might be just random facts that nobody you know wants know about, we may get a wild hair and go on a ghost chase. I don't know. It's just what we want to do. So we want to bring all that stuff to you guys. But we're also going to bring you things like cooking tips. And we're going to be sharing other people's podcasts and projects with you as well on there. So if you like our podcast and you want to see what our friends are doing that's a great one stop shop for all of it. Not to mention any time we can get a deal on anything any product we think is cool we'll try to get you guys some giveaways and things like that so people can try them out and just see if they like it because we want to know. I mean if I like something and you don't we talk about it may we decide it's 50/50. That's the whole point of reviewing things and getting everyone's input on them. But you know it's the world we live in. We're also going reading some cool videos of things like wakeboarding and all the fun stuff we do. We're going to be posting videos of fun stuff other people will do it will be a community. I mean if you're really good wake boarder and you want to show it off and get your name out there.
